Response Management - We are able to place adverts on your behalf on to databases and manage the response for you. We can organise micro sites as part of an internet campaign to drae candidates to your company. We can simply write copy for you through to creative adverts or completely managed processes. Managed Services - (Large Scale Recruitment) With site extensions or new builds you need a recruitment partner who you can trust to capture critical skills to critical time scales. We have experience of recruiting staff or complete manufacturing units to tight timescales by working as part of your HR team. Salary Surveys - We can provide up to date salary and package information for a range of Industry specific disciplines across commercial and operational roles. Candidate Testing - We are able to facilitate test batches from a number of leading institutions including Thomas International and SHL. Testing offers you the opportunity to further support your interview process by additionally assessing candidates cultural and intellectual capability. Testing batches can also be developed t your specific requiements. |
Reference Checking - We do realise that the majority of clients prefer to take references themselves however we are fully able to manage all reference checking procedures and in a lot of cases candidates will be reference checked prior to their initial interviews. Outsourcing - In the unfortunate event of downsizing we are able to provide resource to interview employees and assist them through the process of securing a new role. |
